Calculation of ARV

For NEW Buildings

ARV = (Building Value + Land Value)/20

For Buildings on rent

ARV = 100% * (Actual rent)

For Other Buildings

ARV is calculated on the basis of increase in the existing ARV @

for residential house in Civil Area = 10% of ARV 

for Bungalow area = 30% of ARV 

for Commercial properties in Bungalow area = 45% of ARV and  in civil area = 15%”

Calculation of Property Tax

Property Tax = ARV * 22.5% (12.5% House Tax + 10% Water Tax)
